It's important to know the theories and principles for each area, but if you don't apply them in practice or for some kind of use, they become useless. They say if you don't use it, you will never learn. Therefore, when you learn English, it should be used for writing, speaking, and even reading.
If you are going to take a test to assess your English skills, try practicing it by talking to someone who uses it as their first language or someone who is already good at it.
If you keep walking with people who speak the same language as you, or people who speak almost no English, you could be the last to speak English.
Remember, you can only really learn a language if you speak it in real conversation. Tell them that you are practicing English and they can correct you if you have grammar mistakes. This will help you overcome your weakest points.
Whenever you are in a restaurant or at the cinema and you are talking to other people, try to use correct sentence structure. Instead of speaking in phrases when you expect others to understand you, just say two words like "buy a ticket" or "I want water," make an effort to actually say it, and finish the sentence you want it to say.
This basic question or dialogue is very important when taking English exams, such as TOEFL or TOEIC. Remember that each test has a language section to help you practice forming sentences and pronouncing words correctly.
